1. Do your hair products contain silicone?  The following products do not contain silicone, Amplifying Foam, Edge, Flex Paste, Le Duex & Moisture Shampoo.  The remaining hair care products contain silicone
2. Do any of the hair products contain Soy? Yes!  Amplifying Foam and In Control Hairspray contain soy oil.
3. Are your hair products color safe, keratin safe, and extension safe? Yes!
4. Are products sulfate free? Yes!
5. Are your products vegan, natural & animal cruelty free?  Yes! Our products are made with natural and organic ingredients.  Skin care products are paraben-free, sulfate-free, silicone-free, talc-free and vegan.  All of our products are cruelty free.
6. Are your hair products compatible to keratin products? Yes! Our products will work with any Keratin Shampoo, Conditioner or Leave in products.
7. Is EDTA present in any of your hair products? Yes! The following products have EDTA; Volume Shampoo, Moisture Shampoo & Le Duex
8. Is there any reason for people that have nut allergies to avoid using the products with seed extracts in them? We recommend clients with ANY allergies to always seek professional help from their medical professional before using the product to assist in determining their tolerance.
9. Are your products paraben free? Yes! Our skin care products are paraben free and our hair products are with exception of: Everyday Miracle, Flex Paste, Le Deux & Edge.

• Do you price match if an item goes on sale after my purchase? No! We do not price match
• Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders? No!
• What forms of payment do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Paypal.
• What is your return policy? 30 days to return and item must be unused and in the original packaging and in same condition as it was received.  Please see our return policy on our website.
